Refund Eligibility
Subscription Services (Premium Analysis)
For our monthly subscription services, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial subscription. During this period, if you are not satisfied with our Premium Analysis service, you may request a full refund of your subscription fee.
After the initial 14-day period:
- No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
Expert Consultation
For Expert Consultation services:
- Before the consultation: Full refund available if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time
- Late cancellation: 50% refund if canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time
- After the consultation: If you are not satisfied with the consultation, you may request a refund within 7 days of the consultation, subject to review
For no-shows (failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice), no refund will be provided.
Conditions for Refund
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- Service Unavailability: If our service was unavailable for a significant period during your subscription month (more than 24 consecutive hours), you may be eligible for a partial or full refund for that month
- Technical Issues: If you experienced persistent technical issues that prevented you from using our services despite reasonable troubleshooting efforts from our support team
